Job description

As a Financial Manager you are responsible for:

  • Member of the German management team
  • Leading & coaching the finance team in Berlin
  • Directly report and support the German business team
  • Managing the overall reporting to the Dutch headquarter
  • Conducting negotiations with the German banks
  • Overseeing the correct handling of Luxembourg based developments
  • Improving controls in general and supporting the Dutch headquarter in improving reporting
  • Introducing continuous improvement of project control and support
  • Overseeing tax & statutory annual reporting

 

Skills required /qualifications

  • Master’s degree in accounting or business administration
  • Extensive experience in accounting
  • HGB knowledge, IFRS of advantage
  • International experience of advantage
  • Perfect language skills both German and English
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office products, esp. excel
  • Leadership experience
