Boutique Offices

High quality office space

Boutique Offices

Boutique Offices, formerly known as Olympic Plaza, is located at one of the most appealing office locations in Amsterdam: the Zuidas. In collaboration with architect Pi de Bruijn OVG Real Estate started a redevelopment, not only to make the building bigger but also to make it more sustainable.

BREEAM Excellent

OVG Real Estate has purchased Olympic Plaza in a joint venture with Goldman Sachs, as a part of the Unicum portfolio that consists eight buildings in total. The portfolio has been sold but OVG kept Olympic Plaza. For the new Olympic Plaza, Boutique Offices, the Dutch architect Pi de Bruijn has developed a concept that includes an expansion possibility towards a total of approximately 10,000 m2 of high quality office space. The existing building will be expanded and redeveloped both internally and externally, to obtain a BREEAM Excellent certificate.

Southaxis

The Southaxis is the most prestigious business district of the Netherlands and houses many high profile tenants. The Southaxis is located along the south side of the A10 ring road. It benefits from direct access to Schiphol International Airport from the Amsterdam Zuid railway station. The area offers excellent accessibility both by car and public transport; all cities within the Randstad conurbation can be reached within one hour.

The Southaxis is characterised by high-quality, modern office
accommodation, surrounded by a diversity of facilities including
hotels, restaurants, bars and retail. The area also includes high-quality residential space with several new plans currently in
development.

Amsterdam

Amsterdam is the largest city in the Netherlands, with over 800,000 inhabitants in the city itself and over 1,100,000 in its agglomeration.

The city is highly attractive to corporate occupiers, due to benefits such as a large educated workforce, close proximity to Schiphol International Airport, the strong economic climate and lively cultural scene. These aspects contribute to Amsterdam’s position as one of Europe’s leading business centres, attracting many multinationals to position their European headquarters in Amsterdam.

The city offers a variety of office locations, with traditional and small-scale property in the inner city districts and large-scale office clusters, mostly situated along the A10 motorway ring road.

The Southaxis area, alongside the Amsterdam-South railway station, forms the city’s central business district. The southeast core area around the Bijlmer-Arena railway station has recently emerged as Amsterdam’s second business hub, due to its excellent connectivity and availability of facilities.
