Boutique Offices, formerly known as Olympic Plaza, is located at one of the most appealing office locations in Amsterdam: the Zuidas. In collaboration with architect Pi de Bruijn OVG Real Estate started a redevelopment, not only to make the building bigger but also to make it more sustainable.

BREEAM Excellent

OVG Real Estate has purchased Olympic Plaza in a joint venture with Goldman Sachs, as a part of the Unicum portfolio that consists eight buildings in total. The portfolio has been sold but OVG kept Olympic Plaza. For the new Olympic Plaza, Boutique Offices, the Dutch architect Pi de Bruijn has developed a concept that includes an expansion possibility towards a total of approximately 10,000 m2 of high quality office space. The existing building will be expanded and redeveloped both internally and externally, to obtain a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
