High quality office space
Olympic Plaza is located at one of the most appealing office locations in Amsterdam: the Zuidas. In collaboration with architect Pi de Bruijn OVG Real Estate started a redevelopment, not only to make the building bigger but also to make it more sustainable.
OVG Real Estate has purchased Olympic Plaza in a joint venture with Goldman Sachs, as a part of the Unicum portfolio that consists eight buildings in total. The portfolio has been sold but OVG kept Olympic Plaza. For the ‘New Olympic Plaza’ the Dutch architect Pi de Bruijn has developed a concept that includes an expansion possibility towards a total of approximately 10,000 m2 of high quality office space. The existing building will be expanded and redeveloped both internally and externally, to obtain a BREEAM Excellent certificate.

The Southaxis is the most prestigious business district of the Netherlands and houses many high profile tenants. The Southaxis is located along the south side of the A10 ring road. It benefits from direct access to Schiphol International Airport from the Amsterdam Zuid railway station.
