OVG Real Estate extends lease agreement Strawinskyhuis
The Central Government Real Estate Agency extended the lease agreement in the Strawinskyhuis on behalf of the State of the Netherlands for the District Court of Amsterdam. OVG Real Estate and The State of the Netherlands have extended the lease agreement for approximately 7,300 m2 of office space in the Strawinskyhuis at the Princess Irenestraat 39 located on the South Axis in Amsterdam.
By means of this lease extension, the District Court of Amsterdam will stay in the Strawinskyhuis until its new location at the Parnassusweg is completed. The District Court of Amsterdam is the largest tenant in the Strawinskyhuis, in which Klein Binnenkade Notarissen is also a tenant.
OVG Real Estate purchased the Strawinskyhuis in September of 2014, in line with its strategy to acquire existing office buildings in strategic locations in The Netherlands.
