The award was handed over to OVG Real Estate during Realcomm, the Annual American real estate conference in San Antonio, Texas. IBcon is part of the Realcomm expo and has grown to be the most comprehensive and leading edge discussion platform on the next generation of smart, connected, high-performance, green, sustainable, intelligent buildings.
HC Group, subcontractor of The Edge, nominated OVG Real Estate for the IBcon Digie Award. Other nominees in the category Most Intelligent Building Projects – Corporate HQ were Brookfield Office Properties and Conrad Hilton Foundation. OVG Real Estate was awarded with this prize due to its drive to continuously exceed current performance standards. The Edge raises the bar for smart, connected energy efficient building design.
