Office buildings De Bordewijk and Signum sold
OVG Real Estate has sold the multi-tenant office buildings De Bordewijk in The Hague and Signum in Delft to Bryant Park Netherlands Acquisition 1 B.V., a fund of MCAP Global Finance (UK) LLP.
The multi-tenant De Bordewijk building located at Bordewijklaan 3-9 in The Hague used to accommodate the Netherlands Heart Foundation. After developing a new office building for the Hartstichting, OVG Real Estate fully renovated the former office De Bordewijk and prepared it for reletting. The current tenants are De Obesitas Kliniek, FIT & Well and the Royal Visio Foundation. The building consists of approximately 3,200 m² of office space and has 40 parking spaces.
The Signum office building is located in the Delftechpark in Delft and is used by several tenants, including the main tenant PKF Wallast. The building consists of approximately 7,400 m² of office space and has 171 parking spaces.
NL real estate performed commercial consultancy work for the seller OVG Real Estate in these transactions (in collaboration with DTZ Zadelhoff). AKD performed legal consultancy work for the seller.
Equity Estate acts as Investment Manager on behalf of MCAP Global Finance. Greenberg Traurig performed the legal consultancy work for the seller and CVO International and Hofstede cs respectively assisted the seller on technical and environmental matters.
