OVG Real Estate and G&S Vastgoed announce development pavilion next to ING head office

On the campus area of the new ING head office in Amsterdam Zuidoost a striking pavilion of approx. 900 m2 will arise. Construction has already started. The pavilion will be a catering facility which is accessible to the public. The pavilion and the adjacent new ING head office are jointly developed by OVG Real Estate and G&S Vastgoed.

The pavilion restaurant will be let by ING and independently operated by an external party. The pavilion will be publicly accessible. So, in addition to ING employees, local residents, business audiences, students, shoppers and other audiences can also make use of the pavilion.

The sleek design is from Powerhouse Company. The pavilion has a transparent façade with rounded corners and a high-quality roof made of wood and mossedum. The surrounding landscape is translated in the design and connects the different levels that characterize Amsterdam Zuidoost. The pavilion is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2019.

Involved parties

Commissioned by OVG Real Estate and G&S Vastgoed, the construction is carried out by G&S Bouw. Powerhouse Company is the architect. Van Rossum Consulting Engineers, Deerns, DGMR and Basalt act as advisers.
