Q-Park signs long-term agreement for OVG Real Estate development 'Valley' in Amsterdam

Q-Park leases 319 parking spaces in Valley. The striking building located on the Zuidas is currently being developed by OVG Real Estate. The delivery is scheduled for 2021.

The development of Valley contributes to the development of the Zuidas which is focused on improving multifunctional destinations and public spaces of the area. The building, designed by Winy Maas (MVRDV), will consist of apartments, offices, a sky bar, restaurants, retail, underground parking and cultural facilities.

The underground parking garage will be rented by Q-Park. Which consists of 375 parking spaces, of which 56 are part of an innovative inner car park. In line with the quality of the building, Q-Park offers a very high-quality service. A collaboration between OVG Real Estate and Q-Park was therefore a logical choice.

For the office spaces and parking garage the end users have already been secured. There is still approx. 7,000 m2 of office space available, as well as five retail units.

Valley is located at the Beethovenstraat in Amsterdam, opposite the head office of ABN-AMRO and next to Sportpark Goed Genoeg (AFC). The completion of the project is scheduled for 2021. The realization is in the hands of Volker-Wessels companies G & S Bouw and Boele & van Eesteren. Valley is owned by property investor RJB Group of Companies.
