Sometimes it isn’t easy, being an old office building. You are located at the majestic Bockenheimer Landstrasse, one of the top locations in Frankfurt, but your historical design prevents you from being appealing in the modern streetscape. Then re-development is the answer. OVG Real Estate has, commissioned by IVG Institutional Funds, taken on the re-development and asset management of the outdated Triton office.

New life

OVG Real Estate has used its experience in developing sustainable office buildings to review and revive the outdated building from 1895. Subsequently, by means of an extremely sustainable design and development plan, we made the building ready to be sold. Within a year it was rented out to Allianz Global Investors and then sold to Allianz Real Estate. This was the evidence that investors and developers together can give outdated offices a new lease of life.
